Expanded product preview: stablecoin requests, business-style balances and approvals are now available in the interactive workspace. All activity is simulated. This expands beyond the earlier USD-only consumer pilot.
FLORIDA FIRST. BUILT WITH INTENT.

Everyday payments.
A considered
way forward.

A simpler way to send, request, and split money—being developed around a clearly defined banking and compliance model.

Pre-launch concept. Demo only. No real funds move.

EXPANDED SCOPE / FOR PARTNER REVIEW

Dollars and stablecoins.
Clear responsibilities.

The new workspace explores USDC and USDT requests, token/network selection, balances and payment approvals. This is an additional proposal, not a change to any regulatory authorization or signed agreement.

01

Stablecoin acceptance

Evaluate regulated infrastructure for supported token/network pairs, receiving instructions, custody, settlement, screening, refunds and reconciliation. Bridge is one potential provider to evaluate; no agreement is claimed.

PROPOSED · NOT CONNECTED
02

Identity with SOLO

SOLO is the proposed identity-evidence provider, subject to diligence and contract. Any reuse needs approved policy checks and current evidence. Business use also needs KYB and beneficial-owner review.

PROPOSED · IMPLEMENTATION REQUIRED
03

Review the expansion

The existing application packet describes a USD-only consumer pilot. Stablecoin receipt, conversion, custody and business accounts need their own scope assessment and any required approvals before launch.

LEGAL & PROVIDER REVIEW REQUIRED

01 / THE PRODUCT

Simple for people.
Considered behind the scenes.

Cybersaultus brings everyday payment journeys into one interface. The existing demo makes those journeys tangible while the production model remains subject to review.

01

Send & request

Choose a contact, enter an amount, add a note, and follow the payment through to a clear receipt.

AVAILABLE IN THE DEMO
02

Split & keep track

Divide a shared expense and review requests, activity, and transaction details in one place.

AVAILABLE IN THE DEMO
03

Fund & spend

Explore bank-connected funding, withdrawals, and a future branded debit or prepaid card with an approved issuer.

PROPOSED · PARTNER DEPENDENT
PROPOSED INITIAL SCOPE

Florida residents · U.S. dollar payments · Consumer use

Final eligibility, payment rails, transaction limits, fees, and launch timing will be agreed with the selected partners. Expansion requires a separate review.

02 / THE OPERATING MODEL

The experience is ours.
The structure comes first.

A partner-led model is the starting point for discussion. Who holds funds, who executes transfers, and who carries each obligation must be explicit in the final arrangement.

A
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Cybersaultus

Product interface, customer communication, and program operations within an agreed scope.

Approved instructions & account information
B
REGULATED INFRASTRUCTURE

Bank / licensed payments partner

Account and funds structure, payment execution, and oversight as defined by the legal model.

Authorized transfers & settlement
C
PAYMENT NETWORKS

Approved rails

Bank transfers and, if approved separately, an issuing and card-processing program.

Proposed architecture—not a live funds flow.

No bank, licensed payments provider, or card network partnership is represented as signed. Customer funds are not accepted by this demo.

Funds & ledger design

The final design needs to establish legal custody, account ownership, customer entitlements, settlement timing, and a daily reconciliation process. Customer funds and company operating funds must have clearly defined treatment.

A written allocation of responsibilities

Agreements should assign onboarding, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, reporting, disputes, complaints, record retention, audit access, incident response, and orderly program termination.

03 / COMPLIANCE & READINESS

Trust needs evidence.
Here is the work ahead.

This is a proposed readiness framework, not a statement that these controls are implemented or independently validated. Production requires documented owners, procedures, testing, and approvals.

04 / THE PATH TO LAUNCH

Milestones before momentum.

A sequence of decision gates, rather than a promised launch date. The live product should proceed only after the necessary legal, partner, and operational approvals.

  1. 01CURRENT PRODUCT STAGE

    Demonstrate

Review the consumer journeys in a simulated wallet. Validate the intended use case and proposed Florida scope.

  2. 02NEXT GATE

    Structure

Confirm the legal entity, funds flow, licensing analysis, partner fit, and commercial assumptions.

  3. 03BEFORE LIVE ACTIVITY

    Validate

Execute agreements, secure required authorizations, implement controls, and complete operational testing.

  4. 04CONDITIONAL

    Launch carefully

Introduce an approved, limited program with agreed limits, monitoring, support, and explicit expansion gates.

05 / PARTNERSHIP REVIEW

A clear starting point
for the right conversation.

Seeking alignment with a regulated banking or payments provider that can evaluate a Florida-focused consumer wallet and define a viable path to production.

THE DISCUSSION BRIEF

What we want to establish together.

  • Whether consumer P2P and stored balances fit the partner’s program appetite.
  • The account, custody, funding, withdrawal, and settlement model.
  • Licensing coverage and a written allocation of compliance duties.
  • Economics, minimum commitments, fraud reserves, and readiness requirements.
  • A separate assessment of a future Visa-branded debit or prepaid card.

A discussion document. Not a license application or evidence of partner approval.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Clarity at every step.

The status and limits of the current concept, in plain language.

Can I send or deposit real money today?

No. The current Cybersaultus wallet is an interactive demonstration. Its balances and transactions are simulated. It does not accept deposits, execute live transfers, or issue payment cards.

Is Cybersaultus licensed or partnered with a bank?

This site does not represent Cybersaultus as a licensed money transmitter, an approved bank program, or a registered MSB. No executed banking or payments partnership is represented here. The legal entity, required authorizations, and agreements must be established and verified before launch.

Does a bank partnership remove the need for a license?

Not automatically. The answer depends on the actual activities, funds flow, contracts, and applicable law. Florida licensing and federal BSA obligations need separate analysis. A bank’s exemption or a provider’s license should not be assumed to cover every activity of the app.

What would a Visa-branded card require?

A future card would require an eligible issuing bank or sponsor, an approved program and processing arrangement, and applicable network and brand approvals. Visa is a potential future network choice, not a current partner. No Visa card is available through Cybersaultus today.

Why begin with Florida?

A focused initial geography helps define the customer, operating requirements, and partner discussion. It does not remove federal obligations or settle the treatment of out-of-state recipients. Any broader reach needs a separate legal and operational assessment.

What does the existing paid demo membership provide?

The original site offers monthly access to the product demo. That purchase is for demonstration access only; it is not a wallet deposit, investment, bank account, or payment-service authorization. Review the current price and terms on the original checkout.

Program brief

PRE-LAUNCH · PROPOSED MODEL

Expanded workspace proposal — September 29, 2026

Evaluate USDC and USDT acceptance, exact supported networks, business-style balances and payment approvals in addition to the original consumer USD concept. The interactive workspace is entirely simulated. Bridge is a potential infrastructure route; SOLO is the proposed identity-evidence provider. Neither is represented as contracted or integrated. Business use requires KYB and beneficial-owner review. The prior USD-only consumer sandbox packet must be reassessed for this expansion before any live offering.

Product & market

A proposed Florida-first consumer payments wallet for U.S. dollar send, request, and split journeys. The current demonstration does not move real money.

Partnership objective

Evaluate a bank or licensed payments provider for the approved account and custody structure, payment execution, settlement, and program oversight. Assess a future branded debit or prepaid card separately.

Questions for the partner

  1. Is consumer P2P with stored balances within your current program appetite?
  2. Which entity holds funds and contracts with each customer?
  3. What licensing structure and geographic restrictions would apply?
  4. Who owns onboarding, sanctions screening, monitoring, reporting, complaints, and disputes?
  5. What reconciliation, record access, security, and audit evidence is required?
  6. What capital, reserves, minimum fees, implementation milestones, and exit arrangements are expected?

Prerequisites to establish

Verified operating entity and ownership; legal analysis; required licenses or supported alternative structure; applicable federal registration; signed partner agreements; accountable compliance staff; implemented and tested controls; approved customer disclosures.

Current status

Demo only. No bank, Visa, or other network agreement, license, certification, or operational control is represented as approved or implemented. This document supports an initial discussion and is not a completed application.
